1. Seller and product
The seller is Baltasar López García, tax ID 22143322A, at Calle Juan Albentosa, 10, 03688 Hondón de las Nieves, Alicante, Spain. Contact: hola@baltasarlopez.com. The product is the book Everything Will Come from the Sea, ISBN 979-13-88112-38-6.
2. Price and shipping
The price is €25, VAT included. Standard shipping costs €3.27 to Spain, €7.93 to Europe, and €11.04 to the rest of the world. For shipping purposes, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova and Russia are included in the rest-of-world rate. The full amount is shown before payment.
3. Payment and confirmation
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. The customer must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery details.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery is up to 7 working days in Spain and up to 15 working days in Europe. Delivery times to the rest of the world vary by destination. Times are counted from payment confirmation. The customer will be informed of any exceptional delay or stock issue.
5. Withdrawal and returns
The customer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the book by emailing hola@baltasarlopez.com. The book must be returned within the following 14 calendar days, in good condition, properly protected and, whenever possible, in its individual shrink wrap, without handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it. For a change of mind, the customer pays the direct return cost.
6. Refund
The price and the initial standard delivery charge will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 calendar days of notification. The refund may be withheld until the book is received or proof of return is supplied. Extra delivery costs chosen above the least expensive standard option are not refundable.
7. Damaged or incorrect orders
If the book arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact the seller as soon as possible with photographs of the package and book. The seller will bear reasonable replacement or return costs.
8. Stock and complaints
Orders are subject to availability. If fulfilment is impossible, the customer will be informed and refunded. Complaints may be sent to the email or postal address above.
