If you write by email, we process the details and content you provide. If you buy a book, we receive the contact, delivery and order details needed to fulfil it. Payment details are collected on Stripe’s secure website and are not stored on this website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries, manage purchases and deliveries, provide customer service, and comply with tax, accounting and other legal duties. Processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps, performance of the sales contract and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed. Order and invoicing data is retained for legally required periods and while related liability may arise.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by providers necessary for website, email, payment and delivery services, and disclosed to public authorities when legally required. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy terms. Providers outside the European Economic Area must apply the safeguards required by data-protection law.
